We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.
Shipping
Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.
Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.
Economy: Ships within 10-14 days, arriving 14 business days after the order was placed.
Standard: Ships within 5-10 days, arriving 10 business days after the order was placed.
We only offer shipping within Cairo governorate with hopes that in 2025 will launch into most of Egypt so please be patient and support us to deliver.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, your chosen delivery method, and your delivery location. The final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

You can track your order's progress anytime by logging into your EgyCarParts account and clicking on "Order History." We'll also send you email updates with tracking information.
Order changes & cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
